This is what I found through these 16 months experience. I often see the self introduction of new farmers like "I have been making good soil with organic fertilisers, and growing 50 kinds of seasonal vegetables. I like to offer my vegetable box in 2000 yen. For restaurant owner, I like to be ordered what you like..." I see this kind of description 1000 times. I think they won't have nothing.
I, myself, like to be tomato farmer who harvests through the year. I run my farm according to JAS organic low. I use wood not oil to heat up the green house in winter time. And I like to produce tomato ketchup and tomato juices. And I employee the workers.
