I like sake.
There are a few sake cellars in Ichijima town. And my favorite cellar is located 5min walk away from my house. It has 300 years history. And called Yamana.
Sake is sometimes described as a kind of wine. But it's wrong.
The material of wine of grape contains sugar. But one of sake of rice does not. It has hydro carbonate instead. It means its hydro carbonate needs to be decomposed into sugar. And these sugar ferment into alcohol. So that sake needs 2 kinds of ferment, at least. It needs more skill. So that sake is quite different from wine. Anyway.
Yanama releases fresh row new squeezed sake in this season. And it is the day.
