10 people who are going to Kyoto agriculture college located in Ayabe come to master's farm to lean organic agriculture. This college is not a usual college, it is like a private social servise for people who wants to learn agriculture. Master was introduced to them through A company.

Their average age seems to be about 60. Half of them looked have reached retirement age. One of them are like me in last year. I mean he is looking for the entrance to be a farmer. The others seem to want to be a farmer too, but seems like they have enough money to live the rest of lives.
They looked to enjoy master's lesson and work at farm.

I gave a few information of the method of collecting information to the guy who likes to be a farmer. I like to help who wants to be a farmer.

Night time, a person who is a representative of consumers of a certain co-op system visits master.
He likes to send a young farmer to a village which is located in really country side. He thinks, otherwise, villages in country side disapear in near future.
In this case too, I believe that ,my idea, to have a farm in city side for city people to know the feeling to be a farmer is effective for this matter.
