Breakfast at pension was nice.
Drove to the beach and watching the surfers for a while. Felt I need to surf.
Meeting with the local organic farmer. He told there is a farmer who uses hot spring to heat his hot house during winter and grows melon. We visited his straight away.

Shimoda city is located in the southernmost tip of Izu peninsula. And Shimoda bay is where Japan concluded a peace treaty with the United States in 1854.

Our ancestors had never expected the present Japan nor the present relationship with United States. Have independent soul!!!
