Contract

I lost the opportunity of house at Ushimado last time, and the real estate broker gave me the second one. For me it is the perfect house but I am sick of looking for houses any more, them I decided to take it.
Finally I could make a contract.
From this house, it Is possible to see the ocean. And I will have mu studio. Not so bad.
