Transplant skill

Wife is improving her skill of planting. As she is working at young plant maker in neighbour. We use 200 cups (15 x 15mm) plug pot for germination, and after while we transplant the young plants to 90mm pot.
At the time she makes holes on soil in the pots according to the grown size of young plant. It makes them easy to settle their roots.
