Unexpected water

It is a season to start to pool the water in the rice field.
It effects my farm in unexpected way.
There is a rice field next to my farm and it is 1M higher than mine. Then the pooled water is penetrated through the soil of the hill between my farm and upper farm, and water stays at my farm seriously. It comes even in the green house. I built it to keep away tomato from the unexpected water. Now it lost the most important function.
There is a way to bring out the water. I gotta dig a deep drain along the greenhouse.
